Reservation Policies

1. Maximum occupancy of condo is four guests. Occupancy limits are enforced by the Sanibel Fire Marshall.

2. A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. $500 is due for all off-season reservations. $1000 is due for all in-season reservations (12/20/08 - 4/17/09). Deposits are due upon the booking of your reservation. Final payment is due thirty days prior to your arrival. Deposits and final payments can be tendered with cash, check, traveler's check, money order, MC or Visa.

3. A 10% discount is provided for multi-week rentals starting with the fifth week. Please call 1-888-791-1020 for this discount to be added to your reservation.

4. Pets are not allowed on the lanai, condo or resort grounds.

5. All condos, lanais and corridors are smoke-free for the health and pleasure of each guest.

6. Parking of boats, motor homes and trailers can be accommodated ONLY with prior permission from Guest Services.

7. A minimum sixty day cancellation notice must be given to receive a refund of payments. If a notice of cancellation is given less than sixty days from arrival, payments will be refunded if the reservation can be rebooked for the same time period and rental rate.

8. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 10:00 a.m. There are no refunds for early checkouts.
